Will I get penalized if I don't sign up for Medicare when I turn 65, if I am still working?
If you have coverage through your employer or your spouses employer, you won’t incur any penalties. When you do decide to retire then you will have a Special Enrollment Period to get on Medicare and get coverage. Reach out to my team and we can help you with this transition.
When can I change my coverage?
Generally every year from October 15- December 7 is the annual enrollment period . This is the time of year to make changes to or join a Medicare Advantage plan or Part D drug plan.
